Established in 2021, C.S.I.V. Inc. forged a strategic alliance with Walther Trowal – Haan, Germany, and DLyte-Barcelona, Spain.
Our unparalleled polishing capabilities make us the perfect partner for processing an array of materials that are challenging for our competitors handle.
How We Started
In 2021, Jonathan Valle initiated a union with two of the most outstanding media finishing machine producers worldwide, Walther Trowal and DLyte, to set up a lab that could contend with their own.
C.S.I.V, Inc is one of only a few companies in the world that possesses both of these technologies. DLyte can apply a gleaming finish to practically any metal, but can’t get rid of cast, forged or machined rough surfaces, while Walther Trowal can refine rough surfaces and put a quite decent finish on parts, albeit not nearly as glossy as DLyte’s. Thus, high-end products with remarkable reflections are created.
Currently, C.S.I.V collaborates with the world’s top government and commercial enterprises to develop astounding procedures, manufacture tools and automate the mirror polishing process with no manual labor involved.
We invite you to visit our Wallingford, Connecticut facility and explore our technology, capable of processing items with a maximum diameter of 68″ and depth of 35″.
Our goal is to collaborate with our clients to equip them with a fully functional laboratory to build and refine processes, a variety of machines for every task, and a facility for contracting the production of goods.
