Established in 2021, C.S.I.V. Inc. forged a strategic alliance with Walther Trowal – Haan, Germany, and DLyte-Barcelona, Spain.
Our unparalleled polishing capabilities make us the perfect partner for processing an array of materials that are challenging for our competitors handle.
How We Started
In 2021, Jonathan Vallee partnered up with two of the leading mass media surface enhancement manufacturers in the world, Walther Trowal and DLyte, to set up a business that would benefit its’ customers from beginning to end of their projects.
Our Vision at C.S.I.V. Inc is to have a place for customers to demo all types of machines in the mass media finishing market. Once determining what fits their needs best they have the option of quoting a new system or having C.S.I.V. Inc “job shop” the work for them. C.S.I.V. Inc provides followup support in terms of tooling development and service contracts to ensure its’ customers can focus on what they do best.
In 2024 C.S.I.V. Inc linked up with EZ-Vap to provide a wide range of customers waste water treatments options. Combining our ability to remove solids from water, and EZ-Vap evaporators we can spec a zero discharge system to almost any customer.
Currently, C.S.I.V. Inc is proud to be a young company, but behind us we have hundreds of years of combined knowledge to conquer your most challenging applications.
We invite you to visit our Wallingford, Connecticut facility and explore our technology, capable of processing items up to a maximum diameter of 68″ and height of 35″.
Our goal is to collaborate with our clients to equip them with a fully functional laboratory to build and refine processes, a variety of machines for every task, and a facility for contracting the production of goods.
